Did you know that most visits to a hand surgeon do NOT result in
surgical recommendations?

There are many conditions that can be treated with activity modification,
splinting, hand therapy, and, in some instances, steroid injections. Our
mission at Idaho Hand and Wrist is to improve the quality of life for our
patients.  To achieve this, it is important to understand each individuals
goals and treatment preferences. At Idaho Hand and Wrist we appreciate
that each person is an individual and we try to formulate treatment
recommendations that consider the individual.
Idaho Hand and Wrist was established in 2004 in Boise, Idaho by hand
specialist Dr. Lisa Rendon. Our office is dedicated to the prevention and
treatment of  disorders of the upper extremity.  We offer evaluation,
diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care for conditions affecting the nerves,
bones, tendons, joints, skin and vascular supply of the hands and upper
extremities. Our medical staff and office personnel work together as a team
to deliver the highest quality patient care.
